SUPPORT

Let’s find the next step.

Setup question, unexpected behaviour or a billing query? Start here.

TRACK A PRODUCT REQUEST

Use the support portal.

Open and follow a Jira product request in our existing ProfitSignal Labs support portal.

Open support portal ↗

Or write to us directly

support@irazustasoftware.com

For general questions and products outside Jira, email is the initial contact route. Keep replying in the same conversation so its context stays together.

Our existing support@profitsignallabs.dev address remains in use. During the transition, replies may come from that address.

Jira product support

Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Europe/Madrid. General response target: 24 hours. Product contractual response commitments remain as stated in each product’s terms; a response target is not a resolution guarantee.

PREPARE YOUR REQUEST

Include the app version, what you expected, what happened and steps to reproduce with a redacted example.

Prepare an email ↗

Opens your email application. Nothing is sent or stored by this website. If it does not open, write to the address shown on this page.

Do not include passwords, API tokens, license keys, private issue exports or payment card details. We will agree a suitable channel if further data is needed.

Before opening a request

Where do I find setup instructions?

Use the documentation directory and select the product. Existing product links remain the current reference.

Where are payments and subscriptions managed?

For Jira products, start with the Atlassian Marketplace listing and your Atlassian billing account. Include the product name in a billing question, but never send card details. PasoListo commercial launch is not yet confirmed.

I already have a support conversation.

Continue that conversation or its existing portal ticket. You do not need to create another request because of the Irazusta Software name.

How do I report a security concern?

Use the security reporting instructions. Begin with a brief, sanitized description.
